19例陈旧性后尿道狭窄临床分析

Analyzing the 19 case treatment of old-aged narrow urethra

目的 :探讨陈旧性后尿道狭窄手术治疗与术后排尿的关系。方法 :对 19例不同长度尿道疤痕患者行不同术式治疗。结果 :14例狭窄不超过 3cm者 ,行会阴部切开疤痕切除 ,对端吻合 ,术后排尿正常。 5例狭窄 5cm者 ,先行电刀切开 ,1例成功 ,4例失败 ,改行套入法手术治疗效果满意。结论 :对外伤性后尿道损伤关键的问题是选择早期正确的治疗处理方式 。

Objective: To investigate the relationship between the operating treatment to the old-aged narrow urethra and the urinating condition after operation. Methods and Results: Among 14 cases with narrow urethra less than 3 cm, after the operation of incising, excising and healing-up through perineum, there occure normal urinating. Applying incising skill by power-driven scalpel to 5 cases with narrow area more than 3 cm, there only be one case effective and 4 invalid. Howerev, when the operating treatment of inserting adopted, the result is proved to be satisfactory. Conclusion: To choose the proper treatment at the early stage is the crux of the matter to deal with traumatic damage of old-aged narrow urethra.
