孟鲁司特联合西替利嗪治疗小儿变应性鼻炎的临床疗效及细胞因子水平的影响观察

Clinical efficacy of Montelukast Combined with cetirizine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children and the effect of cytokine levels

目的分析孟鲁司特和西替利嗪联合应用于小儿变应性鼻炎患儿中的临床效果和对细胞因子水平的影响。方法在我院治疗小儿变应性鼻炎患儿中选取72例,并严格按照系统随机分配原则分为对照组和观察组各36例。其中对照组采用西替利嗪进行治疗,观察组采用孟鲁司特和西替利嗪联合进行治疗,观察对比两组患者细胞因子水平变化。结果治疗前两组患儿细胞因子水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后对照组IFN-γ低于观察组,IL-4水平高于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特和西替利嗪联合治疗小儿变应性鼻炎患儿效果显著,可有效改善其细胞因子水平,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Montelukast Combined with cetirizine in children with allergic rhinitis and its effect on cytokine level.Methods 72 children with allergic rhinitis were selected in our hospital.According to the principle of systematic random distribution,36 cases in each group were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with cetirizine.The observation group was treated with montelukast and cetirizine.The levels of cytokines were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in cytokine levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,IFN-gamma in the control group was lower than that in the observation group.The level of IL-4 in the observation group was higher than that in the observation group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of montelukast and cetirizine is effective in the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis.It can effectively improve the level of cytokines.It is worth popularizing.
