摘要
层状复合陶瓷具有显著的增韧效果 ,其独特的层状结构为陶瓷材料的设计和制备工艺技术提出了新的研究课题 ,成为当前陶瓷增韧技术研究的热点。本文综合评述了层状复合陶瓷的增韧机理 ,分析了层状复合陶瓷的结构设计因素 ,对其成型制备工艺进行了归纳和评述 。
The laminated ceramic composite has good toughening property.Its unique structure provides a new researching subject for the design and preparation of ceramics,which has become the focus of research on the toughening of ceramics recently.In this paper,the different mechanisms that can be used to reinforce laminated ceramic composites were reviewed,optimum design f such composites was analyzed and preparation was concluded.Furthermore,the problems that should be further studied in laminated ceramic composites were suggested and discussed,as well as its researching direction.
