阴道球囊模具在阴道成形术的应用

The Use of Balloon Mould in Artificial Vagmoplasty.

目的探索球囊模具对提高阴道成形术成功率和成形效果的价值。方法 8例阴道成形术病人使用自制球囊模具,并教给病人模具的使用方法。询问佩戴球囊模具后病人的感觉,对活动和工作的影响;定期检查阴道状态(大小、弹性、有无狭窄和瘢痕);随访婚后情况。结果 8例阴道成形术全部成功,并获得较理想的人工阴道,4例已婚者性生活和谐。球囊模具使用方便,病人无痛苦,对活动和工作无明显影响。结论球囊模具较硬质模具具有明显优越性,对提高阴道成形术的成功率和成形效果具有重要价值。

Objective To explore the value of balloon mould in increasing the success rate and effect of artificial vaginoplasty. Methods Self- made balloon mould were used in 8 patients who accepted artificial vaginoplsty. Correct usage of the mould was told to the patients previously. How the patients felt and the influence of the mould on patients' life were asked, and the condition of artificial vagina (including the size, elesticity, narrowness and scar) was examined regularly. Life quality after marriage was also investigated. Results All 8 operations were successful and relatively ideal artificial vigine were acquired. 4 already merried women had satisfied sex life. The balloon mould were convenient, pain - free, and had no obvious negative influence on patients everyday life. Conclusions The balloon mould were obviously better than conventional hard mould in artificial Vaginoplasty, and had good value in increasing the success rate and effect of the operation.
