改良的意大利法全鼻再造术

Total nasal reconstruction by the improved Italy method.

目的探讨出更适合于临床全鼻再造的上臂皮管法。方法一期形成上臂皮管,二期在皮管近端按备取皮瓣形状做延迟,三期离断皮管近端并行鼻下端再造,四期皮管远端断蒂,完成全鼻再造。结果 39例用此方法再造的外鼻,皮瓣血运正常,形态良好,色泽与面部基本一致。结论改良的意大利法,是一种较传统方法更方便、更适合于临床的用上臂皮管行全鼻再造的好方法。

Objective In order to search a method more than the traditional method to fit for total nasal reconstruction by upper arm tube flap in clinic. Methods ' The first step, form a upper arm tube flap; the second step, remove the subcutiouse tissue from the tube near to the heart according to the size of prepared flap to form the new nose and delay the flap; the third step, cut off the tube in the near heart place and reconstruct the lower part of the nose; the fourth step, part the tube far from the heart place and reconstruct the total nose. Results 39 nasal defect patients were received this method operation, the flap bolld supply is very credibility, the shape is concinnity, the color the luster is identical with the face basically. Conclusions The improved Italy method is more convenience and suit than the traditional method in the total nasal reconstruction by the method of upper arm tube flap in clinic.
