Expert Seminar on Standardization and Implementation of Family Doctor Contracted Service in Qingdao

为深入贯彻全国卫生与健康大会精神,落实新形势下卫生与健康工作方针,进一步规范和加快推进全市家庭医生签约服务工作,青岛市根据国家卫生健康委办公室印发的《关于做好2018年家庭医生签约服务工作的通知》(国卫办基层函〔2018〕209号)要求,以健康为中心、基层医疗卫生机构为平台、医疗联合体为支撑,不断完善家庭医生签约服务内涵,全面推进家庭医生签约服务。2018年为青岛市家庭医生签约服务规范落实年,为了解青岛市规范落实家庭医生签约服务的现状和取得的成效,本文组织了多位青岛市社区卫生服务管理者和实践者就规范落实家庭医生签约服务进行了主题研讨,希望本文的探讨能为全国其他地区规范落实家庭医生签约服务提供借鉴。

In order to follow the spirit of National Conference on Health and Sanitation, implement the policy of health and sanitation under the new circumstances, and further standardize and promote the family doctor contracted service, Qingdao constantly strives to enrich and improve family doctor contracted service with health as the center, primary medical and health institutions as the platform, and supported by medical treatment partnership system based on the requirements of Notice on Promoting 2018 Family Doctor Contracted Service issued by the Office of the National Health Commission(No. [2018] 209). In 2018, Qingdao has standardized family doctor contracted service. This article introduced the expert seminar on standardization and implementation of family doctor contracted service with a number of managers and practitioners who work at community health service centers in Qingdao so as to understand the current situation and achievements of this service. Based on these information, this paper aims to provide the reference for standardization of family doctor contracted service in other areas of China.
