推进家庭医生签约服务,提升基层医防融合能力,是深化医药卫生体制改革的重要任务,也是新形势下更好维护人民群众健康的重要途径。近年来,武汉市以提升基层服务能力为主线,不断完善工作机制,加强改革试点,积极推进签约服务。本文组织多位社区卫生服务中心管理者围绕提升基层医防融合能力这一主题进行探讨。付旻认为要以家庭医生签约服务为抓手,改革基层运行体系,提升基层服务能力;童翔认为注重质量管理,才能提升服务水平;谭伟认为依托大医院平台,加强社区医务人员建设;胡成华认为要建立新思路,依靠新技术,建议新理念;吴之平认为要建立联动机制,实行管理措施,探索服务做法;祝卫国则从体制机制方面提出了完善家庭医生签约服务的建议。

Promote the contract service of family doctors,and improve the ability of the combination of the primary medical and disease prevention is a deep important task to deepen the reform of the medical and health system,is also an important way to better safeguard people’s health in the new situation. Recent years,Wuhan takes improving the service capacity of the grassroots as the main line, constantly improving the working mechanism, strengthening the reform pilot, and actively promoting the contract service. In this paper, a number of community health service center manager discussed the topic of improving the ability of the combination of primary medical and disease prevention. Fu Min believes signing to the family doctor service as the gripper, reform operation system at the primary level, promote primary health service ability;Tong xiang believes that only by paying attention to quality management so service level can be improved. Tan wei believes that the construction of community medical personnel should be strengthened based on the platform of large hospitals. Hu chenghua believes that new ideas should be established, new technologies should be adopted and new ideas should be proposed. Wu zhiping believed that linkage mechanism should be established, management measures should be implemented and service practices should be explored. Zhu weiguo put forward Suggestions from the aspect of system and mechanism to improve the contract service of family doctors.
