摘要 目的探讨分析CARTO三维标测指导房颤射频消融的效果及对患者心功能的影响。方法选取2015年6月—2017年9月河南省驻马店市中心医院收治的房颤患者共26例,按照所属房颤类型的不同,分为对照组(持续性房颤)14例与研究组(阵发性房颤)12例,两组均经CARTO三维标测系统指导行房颤射频消融术,观察记录两组患者的临床疗效、并发症发生率与心功能变化情况。结果治疗后,研究组的临床治疗效果明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),同时,术后两组患者的心功能均显著增强,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在CARTO三维标测系统指导下行房颤射频消融术,具有理想的治疗效果,能显著提高患者的预后及生命质量,改善心功能,是治疗房颤的安全、有效方法。 Objective To explore the effects of CARTO 3 d calibration on radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation and its effect on cardiac function. Methods A total of 26 patients with atrial fibrillation choose from June 2015 to September2017 in Zhumadian Central Hospital were divided into control group(14 cases of persistent atrial fibrillation) and research group(12 cases of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation) according to different types. Two groups received measuring system by the CARTO three-dimensional mark line guiding radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation. The clinical efficacy in two groups,complications and cardiac function changes were observed. Results After treatment, the clinical curative effect of research group was obviously higher than that of control group(P<0.05), and the complication rate is lower than that in control group(P<0.05). At the same time, postoperative cardiac function of two groups were significantly enhanced, with no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion CARTO three-dimensional standard measurement system guided radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation has ideal treatment effect, can significantly improve the prognosis of patients and the quality of life, improve heart function, is safe and effective method for the treatment of atrial fibrillation.
