瑞芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉对腔镜胃癌根治术的影响研究

Effect of Remifentanil Combined with Propofol Anesthesia on Laparoscopic Radical Gastrectomy for Gastric Cancer

目的探讨瑞芬太尼联合丙泊酚对腔镜胃癌根治术患者的影响。方法选取2014年4月—2016年10月民勤县人民医院接受腔镜胃癌根治术患者72例,随机将患者分为观察组(36例)和对照组(36例)。对照组患者采用舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚进行麻醉,观察组患者采用瑞芬太尼联合丙泊酚进行麻醉。比较两组患者手术后呼吸恢复的时间、清醒时间和术后拔除气管插管的时间,观察两组患者治疗期间不良反应情况。结果两观察组患者术后呼吸恢复的时间、清醒时间和拔管时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者拔管后5 min内血氧饱和度<93%。嗜睡、头晕者低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对腔镜胃癌根治术患者采用瑞芬太尼联合丙泊酚的麻醉方法,手术后恢复速度更快,不良反应的发生率更低,值得临床推广与运用。

Objective To investigate the effect of remifentanil combined with propofol on patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods A totalof 72 patients with gastric cancer underwent endoscopic radical gastrectomy in Minqin People’s Hospital from April 2014 to October 2016 were randomly divided into observation group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases).The control group was anesthetized with sufentanil combined with propofol,while the observation group was anesthetized with remifentanil combined with propofol.The time of recovery of breathing,awakening and extubation of tracheal intubation were compared between the two groups,and the adverse reactions during the treatment were observed.Results Respiratory recovery time,awakening time and extubation time of the two groups were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The oxygen saturation of the patients in the observation group was less than 93%within 5 minutes after extubation.Sleepiness and dizziness were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rremifentanil combined with propofol was used as anaesthesia for patients undergoing radical resection of gastric cancer by endoscopy.The recovery rate after surgery is faster and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
