同期经尿道电切术治疗浅表性膀胱癌合并前列腺增生的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Simultaneous Transurethral Resection for Superficial Bladder Cancer with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的探讨同期经尿道电切术治疗浅表性膀胱癌合并前列腺增生的临床效果。方法选取2015年9月—2017年6月石嘴山市第一人民医院收治的浅表性膀胱癌合并前列腺增生患者68例为研究对象。根据治疗方法将所有患者分为对照组和研究组,每组34例。对照组患者给予开放性手术治疗,研究组患者给予同期经尿道浅表性膀胱癌联合前列腺电切手术治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果,手术时间、术中出血量和住院时间。结果研究组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论同期经尿道电切手术应用于浅表性膀胱癌合并前列增生治疗,提高患者临床疗效,缩短患者住院时间、术中出血量以及手术时间,值得临床广泛应用和推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of simultaneous transurethral resection for superficial bladder cancer with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods 68 cases of superficial bladder cancer with benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected from September 2015 to June 2017 in Shizuishan First People’s Hospital.According to the treatment method,all patients were divided into control group and research group,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open surgery,while the study group was treated with transurethral resection of superficial bladder cancer and prostate.The therapeutic effect,operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The operation time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the amount of bleeding during the operation was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The simultaneous transurethral resection of bladder cancer combined with prostatic hyperplasia can improve the clinical efficacy,shorten the hospital stay,intraoperative bleeding and operation time,which is worthy of wide clinical application and promotion.
