氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的效果分析

Effect of Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets on Hypertension Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease

目的分析使用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的疗效。方法筛选同心县人民医院2017年7月—2018年3月收治的54例高血压合并冠心病患者为研究对象,通过信封抽签法分为观察组和对照组,每组各27例。观察组患者口服氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片,对照组患者口服氨氯地平片,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组患者血压和血脂指数控制效果良好,优于对照组(P<0.05);不良反应发生率观察组为7.41%、对照组为11.11%,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片对高血压合并冠心病的治疗效果较好,血压、血脂得到有效控制,不增加不良反应发生率,临床中值得大力推广。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods 54 cases of hypertension combined with coronary heart disease were selected in our hospital from July 2017 to March 2018 as the experimental subjects.The patients were divided into two groups by the method of envelope drawing.The patients in the observation group were taken orally Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets,and the control group was taken orally amlodipine tablets to observe the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results after treatment,the control effect of blood pressure and blood lipid index in the observation group was better than that of the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05):the incidence of adverse reactions was 7.41%in the observation group and 11.11%in the control group.There was no significant difference between the groups and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets has a good effect on the treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease.The blood pressure and blood lipid are effectively controlled.It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
