肝动脉灌注化疗联合XELOX方案治疗胃肠道恶性肿瘤肝转移的疗效及安全性研究

Efficacy and Safety of Hepatic Artery Infusion Chemotherapy Combined with XELOX Regimen in the Treatment of Hepatic Metastasis from Gastrointestinal Cancer

目的分析胃肠道恶性肿瘤肝转移患者采用肝动脉灌注化疗联合XELOX方案治疗的疗效及安全性。方法选取2017年1月—2018年1月银川市第一人民医院收治的22例胃肠道恶性肿瘤肝转移患者,所有患者采用肝动脉灌注化疗联合XELOX方案治疗,分析患者的治疗效果及安全性。结果治疗后,完全缓解12例(54.55%),部分缓解8例(36.36%),疾病稳定2例(9.09%),总有效率为90.91%(20/22)。主要不良反应发生率为口腔溃疡27.27%,便秘27.27%,腹泻22.73%,呕吐18.18%,胃溃疡13.64%,肾功能异常9.09%,白细胞计数减少4.55%。结论胃肠道恶性肿瘤肝转移患者采用肝动脉灌注化疗联合XELOX方案进行治疗,效果十分显著,而且具有良好的安全性,值得推广和运用。

Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy combined with XELOX regimen in the treatment of hepatic metastasis from gastrointestinal cancer.Methods Twenty-two patients with hepatic metastases from gastrointestinal cancer in the First People’s Hospital of Yinchuan from Janury 2017 to Janury 2018 were randomly selected.The patients were treated by hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy combined with XELOX regimen.The efficacy and safety of the patients were analyzed.Results After treatment,12 cases were complete response(54.55%),8 cases were partial response(36.36%)and 2 cases were stable disease(9.09%).The total effective rate was 90.91%(20/22).The main adverse reactions were oral ulcer 27.27%,constipation 27.27%,diarrhea 22.73%,vomiting 18.18%,gastric ulcer 13.64%,renal dysfunction 9.09%,and leukocyte count 4.55%.Conclusion The treatment of hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy combined with XELOX regimen for hepatic metastasis of gastrointestinal cancer is very effective,and has good safety,so it is worth popularizing and applying.
