个体化护理对霉菌性阴道炎患者治疗依从性及复发率的影响研究

Effect of Individual Nursing on Treatment Compliance and Recurrence Rate of Patients with Mycotic Vaginitis

目的探讨个体化护理对霉菌性阴道炎患者治疗依从性以及复发率的影响。方法选取2016年8月—2017年12月青岛市妇女儿童医院收治的霉菌性阴道炎患者62例为研究对象,根据护理方法将其平均分为两组,每组31例,对照组患者接受常规护理,研究组患者则接受个体化护理,对比两组患者护理后治疗依从性、复发率及护理满意度。结果研究组患者护理后治疗依从性为93.5%(29/31)高于对照组的74.2%(23/31)(χ2=4.292,P=0.038)。研究组患者护理后复发率为3.2%(1/31)低于对照组的22.6%(7/31)(χ2=5.167,P=0.023)。研究组患者护理后护理满意度为96.8%(30/31)高于对照组的77.4%(24/31)(χ2=5.167,P=0.023)。结论将个体化护理应用于霉菌性阴道炎患者,不仅可以促进治疗依从性的提升,同时,也能够避免疾病的复发,值得广泛应用和推广。

Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing on the treatment compliance and recurrence rate of the patients with fungal vaginitis.Methods In this study,62 fungal vaginiti patients in Qingdao Women and Children’s Hospital during August 2016 to December 2017 were selected.According to the nursing method,the patients were divided into two groups,31 cases in each group.The control group patients received routine nursing care,patients in study group received individual nursing care,treatment compliance,the recurrence rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The treatment compliance of the study group was 93.5%(29/31)higher than 74.2%(23/31)of the control group(χ2=4.292,P=0.038).The recurrence rate of study group was 3.2%(1/31)lower than that of control group〔22.6%(7/31)〕(χ2=5.167,P=0.023).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 96.8%(30/31)higher than that of the control group〔77.4%(24/31)〕(χ2=5.167,P=0.023).Conclusion The application of individualized nursing intervention in patients with fungal vaginitis can not only improve the treatment compliance,but also avoid the recurrence of disease,so it is worthy of wide application and promotion.
