Experts’ Seminar on Contracted Family Doctor Services Implemented in Beijing

北京市以基层为重点,以改革创新为动力,坚持以家庭医生签约服务作为基层卫生发展的主体方向,不断深化完善家庭医生签约服务模式,将其作为一项深化医改、推进分级诊疗制度建设、为人民健康服务的重要举措。在本次'北京市家庭医生签约服务'专家主题研讨中,北京市社区卫生服务管理中心副主任张国红、北京市丰台区社区卫生服务管理中心信息科科长曾丹、北京市丰台区卢沟桥社区卫生服务中心主任贾问樱、北京市东城区东花市社区卫生服务中心主任袁雅兰总结了北京市家庭医生签约服务的特色模式、工作成效及经验,以期为我国其他地区的家庭医生签约服务的发展提供借鉴。

The implementation of contracted family services,has been taken by Beijing as an important initiative for deepening the medical reform,promoting the development of hierarchical medical system,and satisfying people’s healthcare needs.To improve the implementation effectiveness,Beijing has given priorities to the development of primary healthcare institutions with reform and innovation as the driving force.Moreover,Beijing adheres to list contracted family doctors services as the major task of primary healthcare institutions,and continues to explore and improve delivery models of such services.At the seminar on contracted family doctor services delivery in Beijing,invited experts,ZHANG Guohong,Deputy Director of Beijing Community Health Service Management Center,ZENG Dan,Section Chief of Information Department,Beijing Community Health Service Management Center,JIA Wenying,Director of Beijing Fengtai District Lugouqiao Community Health Center,and YUAN Yalan,Director of Beijing Dongcheng District Donghuashi Community Health Center,summarized featured delivery models,achievements and experiences of implementing contracted family doctor services in Beijing.It is expected that Beijing’s experiences contribute to the development of contracted family doctor services in other areas of China.
