中药渗透热疗联合康复功能训练在改善中风肩痛症的临床应用

Clinical Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Osmosis Thermotherapy Combined with Rehabilitation Function Training in Improving Shoulder Pain after Stroke

目的探讨中药渗透热疗联合康复功能训练在改善中风肩痛症的临床效果。方法将120例中风肩痛症患者按照密封信封法随机均分为对照组与联合组,各60例。对照组采取康复功能训练治疗,联合组采取中药渗透热疗联合康复功能训练治疗,治疗20 d,比较两组临床疗效,肩部疼痛评分、上肢运动功能评分,上肢肌力,日常生活能力的变化情况。结果治疗后,两组临床疗效显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组肩部疼痛评分、上肢运动功能评分明显降低(P<0.05),且联合组降低幅度更大(P<0.05);两组上肢肌力显著改善(P<0.05),且联合组改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者日常生活能力显著提高(P<0.05),且联合组升高幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论中药渗透热疗联合康复功能训练能够明显提升中风肩痛症患者临床疗效,缓解患者机体疼痛感,加速肢体功能恢复,提高患者上肢肌力与日常生活能力。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine osmosis thermotherapy combined with rehabilitation function training in improving shoulder pain after stroke.Methods 120 patients with shoulder pain after stroke were randomly and evenly divided into control group(n=60)and combined group(n=60)according to the sealed envelope method.Control group was treated with rehabilitation function training,and combined group was given traditional Chinese medicine osmosis thermotherapy combined with rehabilitation function training,and they were treated for 20 d.The clinical efficacy,shoulder pain score,upper limb motor function score,upper limb muscle strength and daily life ability were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy in the two groups was significantly improved(P<0.05).The scores of shoulder pain and upper limb motor function were significantly decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),and the decreases were greater in combined group(P<0.05).The upper limb muscle strength in the two groups was significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement in combined group was greater than that in control group(P<0.05).The daily living ability in the two groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the increase was greater in combined group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine osmosis thermotherapy combined with rehabilitation function training can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,relieve the body pain,accelerate the recovery of limb function,and improve the upper limb muscle strength and daily living ability of patients with shoulder pain after stroke.
