介入护理在脑血管病介入治疗患者中的应用效果观察

Observation on the effect of Interventional Nursing in patients with Cerebrovascular Disease treated by Interventional Therapy

目的分析介入护理在脑血管病介入治疗患者中的应用效果。方法研究阶段为2018年7月—2018年12月,共纳入研究对象455例,均为接受介入治疗的脑血管病患者,随机分为两组,对照组(226例)采用常规护理模式,观察组(229例)在对照组常规护理的基础上联合介入护理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组并发症发生率0.87%低于对照组6.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理依从性优良率96.51%、护理总满意率97.82%高于对照组83.26%、76.99%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理前DT评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,观察组DT评分(2.72±0.68)分低于对照组(5.22±0.73)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对接受介入治疗的脑血管病患者采用介入护理可有效降低术后并发症,减轻心理痛苦,提高患者依从性及护理满意度,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of interventional nursing in interventional treatment of cerebrovascular diseases.Methods From July 2018 to December 2018,455 patients with cerebrovascular disease were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group combined with intervention nursing on the basis of routine nursing in the control group,and compared the nursing effect between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(0.87%VS 6.19%,P<0.05).In the observation group,the excellent and good rate of nursing compliance was 96.51%,and the total satisfaction rate of nursing was 97.82%was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.26%,76.99%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the DT score before nursing between the two groups.After nursing,the DT score in the observation group(2.72±0.68)was lower than that in the control group(5.22 rvation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.Conclusion Interventional nursing for patients with cerebrovascular disease treated by interventional therapy can effectively reduce postoperative complications,relieve psychological pain,improve patients’compliance and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
