激励式护理干预联合配偶支持对乳腺癌手术患者负性情绪及生存质量的影响

Effects of Encouraging Nursing Intervention with Spouse Support on Negative Emotion and Quality of Life in Patients Undergoing Breast Cancer Surgery

目的探讨激励式护理干预联合配偶支持对乳腺癌手术患者负性情绪及生存质量的效果。方法选取2016年8月—2018年8月期间于浙江省杭州市师范大学附属医院行乳腺癌手术的80例女性患者,按随机数表法将患者分为观察组及对照组,各40例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用激励式护理干预联合配偶支持护理,观察两组患者的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、中文版乳腺癌患者生命质量量表(QLICP-BR)评分以及护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组HAMA、HAMD量表评分显著低于对照组,QLICPBR量表各维度评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对护理工作的满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论激励式护理干预联合配偶支持对乳腺癌手术患者有较好的应用效果,能显著改善患者的负面情绪、提高患者生存质量。

Objective To investigate the effects of encouraging nursing intervention combined with spouse support on negative emotion and quality of life in patients undergoing breast cancer surgery.Methods 80 female patients undergoing breast cancer surgery in the hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were enrolled.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.On this basis,the observation group was given encouraging nursing intervention combined with spouse support.The scores of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and Quality of life instruments for cancer patientsbreast cancer(QLICP-BR)and nursing satisfaction in both groups were observed.Results After nursing,the scores of HAMA and HAMD of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,while the scores of the QLICP-BR in all dimensions were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of encouraging nursing intervention with spouse support is relatively better in patients undergoing breast cancer surgery,which can significantly improve the negative emotions of patients,and improve the quality of life.
