摘要
目的探讨连续护理干预对溃疡性结肠炎患者医嘱依从性及疾病复发率的影响。方法选取2017年3月—2018年3月收治的溃疡性结肠炎患者88例,随机分为两组,每组44例。研究组采取连续护理干预,对照组采取常规护理干预。比较两组患者护理干预后的医嘱依从性及疾病复发率等情况。结果研究组患者在护理干预后的2周、4周、8周的医嘱依从性均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者在护理干预后的4周、8周、12周的疾病复发率均低于对照组(P>0.05);研究组患者护理干预后的SAS评分及SDS平均均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将连续护理干预应用在溃疡性结肠炎患者的治疗中,患者对疾病的认知水平得到提升,护理质量内涵有效提高,护患关系得到加强,有效促进提高患者的医嘱依从性,患者生活质量及不良情绪得到改善,疾病复发率显著降低,连续护理干预值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing intervention on the compliance of doctor’s advice and the recurrence rate of ulcerative colitis.Methods 88 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted from March 2017 to March2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,44 cases in each group.The study group adopted continuous nursing intervention and the control group adopted routine nursing intervention.The compliance of doctor’s advice and recurrence rate of disease after nursing intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The doctor’s advice compliances of patients in the study group in 2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks after the intervention were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The recurrence rates of patients in the study group at 4,8 and 12 weeks after nursing intervention were lower than those in the control group(P>0.05).The SAS scores and SDS in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying continuous nursing intervention in the treatment of ulcerative colitis is good for patients,with cognitive level of diseases improved.The nursing quality connotation is improved and relationship between nurses and patients is strengthened.Besides,it can effectively improve the patient’s physician compliance,quality of life and bad mood.Disease recurrence rate decreases significantly,and continuous nursing intervention is worth clinical application.
