摘要
目的 探讨参杏冲剂延缓衰老的作用机制。 方法 采用果蝇生存实验、大鼠抗氧化实验 ,测量其血液和肝组织中丙二醛 (MDA)含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH Px)活力和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)水平。 结果 果蝇生存实验 :与对照组相比 ,低剂量 (培养基含参杏冲剂 0 0 0 7% )雌蝇平均寿命显著延长 (延长了 3 7% ,P <0 0 5 ) ;低、中剂量 (培养基含参杏冲剂 0 0 2 2 % )雌蝇最高寿命显著延长 (分别延长了 4 4 %和 6 7% ,P <0 0 5 ) ;低剂量雄蝇平均寿命显著延长 (延长了 14 9% ,P<0 0 1) ;低、中剂量雄蝇最高寿命显著延长 (分别延长了 11 0 %和 7 4 % ,P <0 0 1)。大鼠抗氧化实验 :与老年对照组比 ,3个剂量参杏冲剂都能明显升高老年大鼠血中GSH Px活力 (分别提高了6 2 % ,6 8%和 17 3% ,P <0 0 5和 0 0 1) ;并且都能明显降低MDA水平 (分别降低了 6 6 % ,10 0 %和 16 0 % ,P <0 0 5和 0 0 1) ;低、中剂量参杏冲剂还能明显升高老年大鼠肝组织中GSH Px活力 (分别提高了 9 1%和 10 7% ,P <0 0 5 )。 结论 参杏冲剂具有延缓衰老的作用。
Objective To investigate whether Senxing granule is effective on deferring aging and its mechanism. Methods The assay methods for life span of fruit fly and rat antioxidation were used for the study. Level of lipoperoxide, activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in whole blood and liver tissue was measured. Low dose of Senxing granules in the culture medium was decided as 0.007 % and middle dose as 0.022 %. Results Low dose of Senxing granule significantly increased the mean life span of female fly by 3.7%( P<0.05) and that of male fly by 14.9% (P<0.01) compared with the control. The maximum life span of the female fly in low and middle doses was increased by 4.4% and 6.7%(P<0.05) and that of the male fly in low and middle dose by 11.0% and 7.4% (P<0.01), respectively. Compared with the controls, Senxing granule also significantly increased the activity of GSH-Px at all low, middle and high doses by 6.2%, 6.8% and 17.3% respectively in elderly rats ( P<0.05,P<0.01), and decreased the level of MDA by 6.6%, 10.0% and 16.0%, respectively(P<0.05, P<0.01). It also increased the activity of GSH-Px at low and middle doses in liver tissue by 9.1% and 10.7%, respectively (P<0.05). Conclusions Senxing granule is effective in anti-oxidization, and defers the process of aging.
