目的 探讨高频超声及彩色多普勒能量显像 (CDE)对乳腺良恶性肿块的诊断价值。方法 对 78例经手术及病理证实的乳腺肿块声像图特征及 CDE进行分析。结果 高频超声结合 CDE对乳腺良、恶性肿块的诊断正确率分别为 90 .1%和 88.2 %。结论 高频超声结合

Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of high frequency(HFU)and color Doppler energy(CDE)ultrasonography in differentiating benign and malignant breast masses.Methods Seventy eight cases of breast masses case that had been identified by pathology and confirmed by surgery also went through HFU and CDE analysis.Results The HFU plus CDE diagnose for benign and malignant breast mass accuracy was 90 1% and 88 2%.Conclusions HUF combined with CDE are valuable in clinical diagnosis to differentiate benign and malignant breast masses.
