肺硬化性血管瘤的影像表现(附5例分析)

Imaging findings of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma

目的 探讨肺硬化性血管瘤的影像学表现。方法 回顾性分析 5例肺硬化性血管瘤 X线胸片及其中3例 CT扫描检查的表现 ,并与术后病理进行对照研究。结果 5例肺硬化性血管瘤的影像学表现为肺周围型孤立性圆形、类圆形肿块或结节影 ,密度均匀 ,边缘清楚 ,无深分叶征、血管切迹征 ,大小约 3cm,CT增强扫描肿瘤明显均匀强化。结论 影像检查可提示肺硬化性血管瘤的诊断 。

Objective To study the imaging findings of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma(PSH).Methods Imaging findings of 5 cases of PSH were reviewed.All of the 5 cases had plain chest films.3 of them underwent CT scanned.The correlations of imaging pathology of PSH were investigated.Results The imaging findings of 5 cases of PSH were as follow:Solitary mass or nodule located in peripheral lung with clear and smooth margin,homogeneous density,no deep lobulation and vascularnotch sign.About 3 0 cm in diameter.Computed tomography demonstrated a homogeneously enhancing nodule.Conclusion The diagnosis of PSH may be suggested by imaging examination,CT enhancement is very important for diagnosis of PSH.
