摘要
目的 犬单侧肺移植术后观测移植肺的功能。方法 犬 2 0只 ,选体重接近者配对作为供受体进行单肺移植 (左右各 5次 ) ,供体肺接受前列腺素 E1 注射后继之以改良 Euro- Collins液自动脉灌注保存 ,缺血时间为 4 h~6 h。移植术后结扎对侧自体肺动脉并于不同时间点检测植入肺的功能参数。结果 血气分析、气道压力及肺含水量测定结果均表明植入肺的良好功能。 结论 受体犬结扎对侧自体肺动脉后 。
Objective\ To observe and survey Lung function in our canine model of single lung transplantation.Methods\ Twenty dogs were divided into ten pairs,each with a similar body weight.In each pair,one was used for donor and another for recipient.Donors received prostaglandin E 1 intravenously before flushing the pulmonary artery with modified Euro Collins solution After cold storage,the excised left or right lung(each side for 5 pairs)was transplanted.Ischemic time was 4h to 6h,The function parameters of transplanted lung was measured at different time point postoperatively with the recipient's native pulmonary artery ligated.Results With the support of single implanted lung,hemodynamics are stable.The results of boold gas analysis,airway pressure and tissue water content showed that graft function and preservation are satisfactory.Conclusion\ Unilateral lung transplantation with immediate ligation of the contralateral pulmonary artery could accept the entire cardiac output and had acceptable function of gas exchange.
