手术加腹腔-静脉联合化疗治疗54例卵巢癌临床评价

Effect of surgery and intraperitoneal perfusion combined with intravenous chemotheraphy in treatment of ovarian carcinoma

目的 对卵巢癌患者行手术加腹腔灌注及静脉联合化疗 ,并对其疗效进行评价。方法 从我院 1996年 6月到 2 0 0 1年 6月住院治疗的卵巢癌患者 5 4例 ,其中上皮性卵巢癌 38例 ,其它恶性肿瘤 16例 ,均行手术治疗 ,术后采用 PAC(PC)、TP、PVB方案联合化疗 ,总疗程 6～ 8个。结果 患者总有效率为 85 .2 % ,3年生存率为 6 6 .7% ,5年生存率为 5 0 .9% ,其中 期患者 3年生存率为 6 0 .0 % ,5年生存率为 36 .7%。结论 理想的肿瘤减灭术加腹腔灌注并辅以静脉联合化疗为治疗卵巢癌的有效途径 。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of surgery and intrapenitoneal perfusion combined with intravenous chemotherapy in the treatment of ovarian cancer(OC).Methods From June 1996 to June 2001,54 patients with OC received chemotherapy of PAC(PC)?TP?PVB regimen after surgery,and the patients had 6 to 8 therapeutic courses.Results The total response rate and the 3 year,5 year survival rates of the OC patients were 85 2%,66 7% and 50 9% respectively.While those of the Ⅲ OC patients were 60 0% and 36 7% respectively.Conclusion optimal cytoneductive surgery plus intraperitoneal perfusion combined with intravenous chemotherapy is an effective way for treatment of OC and it can improve the life quality and survival of the patients.
