Therapy to conductive hearing loss of 246 cases

目的 探讨传导聋的诊治方法 ,提高其诊治水平。方法 对随访的 179例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析 ,根据病因不同采用不同术式治疗。结果 随访 3～ 15月 ,疗效满意。结论 外耳道闭锁者尽可能取直入式径路 ,可减少术后术腔渗出、感染 ,术后据需要置入扩张管以防再狭窄、闭锁。单纯鼓膜穿孔而残边少或无者 ,行耳道切口作耳道鼓膜瓣后内植或夹层法修补成功率高。中耳腔。

Objective\ To investigate approaches of diagnosis and therapy to conductive hearing loss and improve the effects of diagnosis and therapy.Methods\ 179 cases of conductive hearing loss were analyzed retrospectively,Different approaches of therapy were adopted according to different causes of the disease.Results\ All patients have followed up 3 to 15 months,Ths effect of the therapy is satisfying.Conclusion The patients with external ear canal atresion had better be operated by straight entry,resulting in less cavity effusion and infection after opertion Dialatation pipe must be put in to avoid narrow ear canal and atresia.The patients undergoing perforation of the trmpanic membrance with no or less left tympanic membrance should be fixed in the ear canal after external ear canal was cut open and performed inner plant or interlayer repair.It's an approriate way with a high rate of successful operation.Hearing should be regained for those who underwent the pathological changes of eardrum or ear bones chain after focus was removed.
