摘要
从六面顶液压机合成设备、原材料以及合成工艺三大方面 ,详细分析它们对金刚石合成、金刚石晶体的影响。提出高压低温工艺和合成腔体的净化两个关键方向 。
This paper analyzes the influence diamond of synthesize and diamond crystal about high-press equipments, raw material and compose technology. Putting out compound technology of the high pressure and low temperature and purity of compose veseel,then attain high-quality artificial diamond.
