摘要
结合研究高质量水热法红宝石生产过程中的实际情况 ,对影响水热法红宝石晶体质量的因素进行了探讨。着重阐述了在改进高压釜的容积、籽晶取向、籽晶质量后 ,使红宝石晶体的生长速度、晶体质量获得明显提高的方法 ,对原料中的杂质、温度波动。
Factors of influencing quality of hydrothermal growth ruby crystal are discussed according to the research results of high quality hydrothermal growth ruby and the growing experiments with an emphasis on the growing speed and crystal quality improvement methods by adjusting high pressure bomb dimension,crystal seed quality and orientation and several other factors as imperity,temperature fluctuation and crystal cracking.
