摘要 目的建立泽泻药材饮片的鉴别方法。方法采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法(HPLC-ELSD),色谱柱:Macherey-NagelC18柱(250mm×4mm,10μm);柱温:室温;流动相:乙腈-水(4∶1);流速:0.5mL/min;ELSD气体流速:2.25L/min;漂移管温度:70℃。结果在地道的建泽泻饮片中,含有泽泻醇A24-乙酸酯和泽泻醇B23-乙酸酯;市售泽泻饮片中,只含有泽泻醇A24-乙酸酯;而泽泻对照药材中,只含有泽泻醇B23-乙酸酯。该法可清楚区分地道建泽泻饮片、泽泻对照药材和市售泽泻药材饮片。结论该法简单易行,是鉴别泽泻药材饮片有效、实用的检测方法。 Objective To establish a method for the identification of Rhizoma Alismatis. Methods HPLC combined with evaporation light scattering detector(ELSD) was applied. Chromatographic column was Macherey-Nagel C18(250 mm×4 mm,10 μm),acetonitrile -water (4 ∶1) used as mobile phase,flow rate 0.5 mL/min,gas flow rate of ELSD 2.25 L/min and the temperature of drift tube at 70 ℃. Results In the extraction of the authentic Rhizoma Alismatis,both alisol A24-acetate and alisol B23-acetate could be estimated;in the extraction of Rhizoma Alismatis from the market,the alisol A24-acetate could be estimated only;and only alisol B23-acetate could be estimated in the extraction of the standard powder of Rhizoma Alismatis. Conclusion The method is efficient,practical and easy to operate for detecting and identifying Rhizoma Alismatis.
