结构-过程-结果三维评价模式在早产儿护理管理中的应用

Application of Structure-process-result Three-dimensional Evaluation Model in Nursing Management of Premature Infants

目的:探讨结构-过程-结果三维评价模式在早产儿护理管理中的应用效果。方法:将上海美兰湖妇产科医院收治的92例早产儿根据随机数字表分为观察组和对照组各46例,对照组住院期间行早产儿常规性护理,出院后行延续性护理;观察组应用结构-过程-结果三维评价模式。两组干预时间为6个月,比较两组干预前及干预1、3、6个月后生长发育情况及智能[采用计算发育商(DQ)]发育情况。结果:干预1、3、6个月,观察组体重、身高、头围均优于对照组(P<0.01),总DQ及各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:结构-过程-结果三维评价模式能有效提高早产儿延续护理管理质量,有利于患儿远期生长发育及智能发育,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the application effect of structure-process-result three-dimensional evaluation model in nursing management of premature infants.Methods:A total of 92 cases of preterm infants admitted to Shanghai Lake Malaren Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table,46 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing during hospitalization and routine continuous nursing after discharge,while the observation group was conducted with structure-process-result three-dimensional evaluation model.The intervention time of two groups was 6 months.Between the two groups,the growth development and intelligence development[using Development quotient(DQ)]before intervention and after 1,3 and 6 months intervention were compared.Results:After intervention for 1,3 and 6 months,the body weight,height and head circumference of the observation group were better than control group(P<0.01),the total developmental quotient(DQ)and the scores of each dimension were higher than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The three-dimensional evaluation model of structure-process-results can effectively improve the quality of continuous nursing management in premature infants,which is beneficial to infants'long-term growth and intelligent development,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
