邯郸地区老年恶性肿瘤疾病谱特点分析

Epidemic trend analysis of malignant tumor of elderly in Handan

目的了解邯郸地区老年恶性肿瘤的流行趋势。方法收集2007-03-2012-03在河北工程大学附属医院、邯郸市中心医院、邯郸市第一医院经病理确诊的老年恶性肿瘤患者的基本信息,用SPASS软件对其构成比进行统计学分析。结果共有老年恶性肿瘤患者5 788例,其中男性3 156例,占54.53%,女性2 632例,占45.47%,男女比例1.19∶1;年龄60~94岁,中位年龄72岁。其中60~74岁老年患者4516例,占78.02%;75~89岁1 244例,占21.49%;90~94岁28例,占0.48%。恶性肿瘤构成比位于前8位的是食管癌、胃癌、乳腺癌、肺癌、结肠癌、子宫癌、直肠癌和膀胱癌,共4 884例,占全部患者的84.38%,构成比依次为24.88%、22.39%、13.13%、8.64%、4.63%、4.28%、4.08%和2.35%。男性恶性肿瘤的构成比位于前5位的是胃癌、食管癌、肺癌、结肠癌和膀胱癌,共2 560例,占全部患者的44.23%,构成比依次为17.62%、15.69%、7.05%、2.07%、1.80%;女性恶性肿瘤的构成比位于前5位的是乳腺癌、食管癌、胃癌、子宫癌和直肠癌,共1 968例,占全部患者的34.0%,构成比依次为13.13%、9.19%、4.77%、4.28%、2.63%。结论消化道癌、乳腺癌、子宫癌、肺癌和膀胱癌是邯郸地区老年恶性肿瘤防治的重点。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the epidemic trend of malignant tumor of the elderly in Handan.METHODS The basic information of the elderly with malignant tumor in Affiliated Hospital of Hebei Engineering University,the First Hospital of Handan and Handan central hospital during March 2007-March 2012,were collected.SPASS was used to analysis the composition ratio.RESULTS 5788 cases of malignant tumors were found,3156 cases of men(54.53%),2632 cases of women(45.47%),male to female ratio was 1.19:1.The age range from 60 to 94.The median age is72.4516 cases of elderly patients,accounted for 78.2%,are between 60-74 years old;1244cases of elderly patients,accounted for 21.49%,are between 60-74 years old;28cases of elderly patients,accounted for 0.48%,are between 90-94 years old.The top 8cancers were esophagus cancer,stomach cancer,breast cancer,lung cancer,colon cancer,metrocarcinoma,rectum carcinoma and bladder carcinoma.Composition ratio respectively are 24.88%、22.39%、13.13%、8.64%、4.63%、4.28%、4.08%、2.35%.The top 5cancers of elderly male were stomach cancer,esophagus cancer,lung cancer,colon cancer and bladder carcinoma.Composition ratio respectively are 17.62%,15.69%,7.05%,2.07% and 1.80%.The top 5cancers of elderly female were breast cancer,esophagus cancer,stomach cancer,metrocarcinoma and rectum carcinoma.Composition ratio respectively are 13.13%,9.19%,4.77%,4.28% and 2.63%.CONCLUSIONS The digestive tract cancer,breast cancer,lung cancer,metrocarcinoma and ladder cancer is the focus of the elderly malignant tumor prevention and treatment in handan area.
