术后重建修复对口腔肿瘤切除患者生活质量的相关影响

Repair quality of life in patients with oral tumor excision reconstruction of related effects

目的探讨术后重建修复对口腔肿瘤切除患者生活质量的相关影响。方法选取2013-10-2015-11月广州医科大学附属第三医院收治的进行口腔肿瘤切除的患者80例,将所有患者随机分成两组,每组患者40例,观察组患者手术后进行股前外侧皮瓣重建修复治疗,而对照组患者采用前臂皮瓣重建修复,观察两组患者的生活质量情况。结果两组受区外形无明显差异(P>0.05),差异无统计学意义。两组功能障碍存在明显差异(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论给予进行口腔肿瘤切除患者实施股前外侧皮瓣重建修复,能够改善其功能障碍,效果显著。

OBJECTIVE To study the repair quality of life in patients with oral tumor excision reconstruction of related effects.METHODS select 2013 from October to November 2015 of our hospital in 80 patients with oral cavity tumor resection,all patients were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases of patients in each group,observation group of patients after surgery for femoral anterolateral flap reconstruction of repair,reconstruction and the control group were treated by forearm flap to repair,observe two groups of the patient's quality of life.RESULTS The two groups of the appearance has no obvious difference(P>0.05),no statistical significance.Two groups of dysfunction exists obvious difference(P<0.05),there is statistical significance.CONCLUSION Giving oral tumor resection in patients with femoral anterolateral flap reconstruction remediation,can improve its dysfunction,effect is remarkable.
