真空静脉采血系统在肿瘤患者采血中的应用

Application of vacuum venous blood collection system in blood collection of tumor patients

目的对真空静脉采血系统在肿瘤患者采血中应用的效果进行探讨。方法选取山东省青岛市市立医院2014-07-2015-07期间280例肿瘤患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组140例,对照组采用一次性注射器加传统采血管采血,观察组采用一次性真空采血针加真空采血管穿刺采血,对两组患者采血的效果进行对比。结果对两组患者一次性采血质量及标本质量的成功率进行对比,观察组的采血成功率分别为94.29%,99.29%,对照组为79.29%,89.28%,两组对比,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对肿瘤患者采血方法采用一次性真空采血针加真空采血管,一次性采血质量与标本质量成功率较高,在临床中值得推广。

OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of the application of vacuum venous blood collection system in the blood collection of tumor patients.METHODS Select our hospital July July 2014 to 2015period of 280 cases of tumor patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,140 cases in each group,the control group using disposable syringe and traditional blood,the observation group used disposable vacuum blood collection needle plus vacuum blood sampling puncture,compared the effect of two groups of patients with blood.RESULTS Of two groups of patients with the quality of disposable blood quality and sample rate is compared,in the observation group,the success rate of blood sampling were 94.29%,99.29%,79.29%in the control group,89.28%,between the two groups,observation group was significantly better than the control group,significant difference,was statistically significant,P<0.05.CONCLUSION Of blood sampling method in tumor patients by disposable vacuum blood collection needles add vacuum blood collection,disposable blood quality and the quality of samples have a higher rate of success,in clinical practice is worthy to be popularized.
