复合应用帕瑞昔布钠和酮咯酸氨丁三醇对腰椎内固定术后地佐辛镇痛效果的影响

目的在腰椎内固定术中应用帕瑞昔布钠联合酮咯酸氨丁三醇,探讨其对术后地佐辛镇痛效果的影响。方法选取48例行腰椎内固定患者随机分为四组,A组应用帕瑞昔布钠,B组应用酮咯酸氨丁三醇,C组应用帕瑞昔布钠联合酮咯酸氨丁三醇,D组用生理盐水形成对照进行对比分析。结果 C组各项指标均优于A、B、D组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论复合应用帕瑞昔布钠和酮咯酸氨丁三醇可有效改善腰椎内固定术后地佐辛的镇痛效果,值得临床推广。

OBJECTIVE To used in lumbar spinal fixation paranal joint ketone luo yesterday cloth sodium acid tromethamine,discusses its with sheen to postoperative analgesia effect.Routine lumbar spinal internal fixation.METHODS 48 patients were randomly divided into four groups,group A used paranal yesterday sodium,group B application ketone luo acid tromethamine,application of combined ketone paranal yesterday cloth sodium group C luo acid tromethamine,group D contrasted with saline water were analyzed.RESULTSAll the indexes of group C is better than that of group A,B,D,P<0.05,with statistical significance.CONCLUSIONS The composite application of Paris yesterday cloth and ketone luo acid sodium tromethamine can effectively improve the lumbar spinal internal fixation with sheen of postoperative analgesia effect,worth clinical promotion.
