术前呼吸锻炼专项护理对老年肺癌患者术后肺功能指标的影响分析

Analysis of the effect of preoperative respiratory exercise special nursing on pulmonary function indexes of elderly patients with lung cancer after operation

目的分析术前呼吸锻炼专项护理对老年肺癌患者术后肺功能指标的影响。方法选取老年肺癌患者86例作为研究对象,按护理方法的不同,分为对照组和观察组,各组43例,两组患者均进行手术治疗,对照组未进行任何呼吸锻炼,观察组行术前呼吸锻炼专项护理,观察对比两组患者术后肺功能指标。结果观察组的肺部感染、术后二次插管发生率分别为11.63%、9.30%,低于对照组的30.23%、34.88%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对老年肺癌患者实施术前呼吸锻炼专项护理,可改善术后各项呼吸功能指标,减少术后并发症的发生,值得在临床中推广使用。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the effect of preoperative respiratory exercise special nursing on the pulmonary function indexes of the elderly patients with lung cancer after operation.METHODS Totally 86 cases of elderly patients with lung cancer as the research object,according to different nursing methods and divided into control group and observation group,each group of 43 cases,two groups of patients were surgical treatment,the control group without any breathing exercises,observation group received preoperative respiratory exercise special care,including deep breathing,contraction lip breathing,compared two groups of patients with postoperative pulmonary function indexes were observed.RESULTS Lung infection in the observation group,postoperative reintubation occurrence rates were 11.63% and 9.30%,lower than that of the control group of 30.23%,34.88%,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Preoperative respiratory exercise special nursing for elderly patients with lung cancer can improve the postoperative respiratory function index,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,it is worthy of promotion in clinical use.
