消化道肿瘤患者应用综合护理干预的效果观察

Effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with digestive tract tumor

目的观察消化道肿瘤患者应用综合护理干预的效果。方法选取2014-07-2015-07我院收治的消化道肿瘤患者患者30例作为对照组,给予常规护理方法;选取同期同类型患者30例作为研究组,给予综合护理干预。对两组患者的临床护理效果进行分析和对比。结果两组患者在接受两种不同的护理方法后,研究组的护理总体有效率(96.7%)显著高于对照组(83.3%),组间数据对比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。研究组的护理总体满意率(93.3%)要比对照组要高(86.7%),组间数据对比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。研究组在食欲、疼痛情况、自理能力、疾病知晓度等方面评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对消化道肿瘤患者采用综合护理干预治疗方法,效果显著,提高了患者的满意度,值得在临床医学上大力推广使用。

OBJECTIVE To observe the digestive tract cancer patients used the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention.METHODS Selected in July 2014 to July 2014 of our hospital as a control group of 30 cases of patients with digestive tract cancer patients,given routine nursing methods;Selection of 30 patients with the same type as the team during this period,gives the comprehensive nursing intervention.On two groups of patients with clinical nursing effect are analyzed and compared.RESULTS 1.Two groups of patients after accepting the nursing methods of two different team's overall efficient nursing(96.7%)is significantly higher than control group(83.3%),and data contrast differences between groups(P<0.05),with statistical significance.2.The team's overall nursing satisfaction(93.3%)is higher than the control group(86.7%),data comparison between groups have significant difference(P<0.05),with statistical significance.3.The team in appetite,pain,self-care ability,disease popularity score were higher than that in control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.CONCLUSIONS Adopt comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with digestive tract tumor treatment,effect significantly,improve the patient's satisfaction,to vigorously promote the use in clinical medicine.
