局部晚期鼻咽癌后程适形放疗联合卡培他滨序贯顺铂+卡培他滨化疗临床研究 被引量:5

After the process of conformal radiotherapy in combination with capecitabine sequential cisplatin plus capecitabine chemotherapy for locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma clinical studies

摘要 目的探讨采用后程适形放疗联合卡培他滨序贯顺铂+卡培他滨化疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的临床效果。方法选取2010-04-2013-04我院收治的186例局部晚期鼻咽癌患者为研究对象,按信封法随机将患者分为2组,试验组(93例)和对照组(93例),其中试验组患者后程三维适形放疗加卡培他滨序贯顺铂+卡培他滨化疗进行治疗,对照组患者采用常规普通放疗加顺铂联合5-FU辅助化疗治疗。结果试验组患者治疗后3个月鼻咽部肿瘤完全消退率为91.40%,明显高于对照组患者67.74%;跟踪随访患者3年,试验组患者的生存率为79.57%,显著高于对照组患者的生存率为49.46%。结论通过卡培他滨和顺铂的不同组合序贯化疗,联合后程三维适形放疗,能明显提高疗效,值得在临床上推广应用。 OBJECTIVE Explore the after the process conformal radiotherapy in combination with capecitabine sequential cisplatin plus capecitabine chemotherapy clinical effect of locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma.METHODS Selected from April 2010-2013 year in April 186 cases of locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients in our hospital as the research object,randomly divided the patients into two groups,experimental group(93cases)and control group(93cases),the patients in the experimental group after three dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with capecitabine sequential cisplatin + capecitabine chemotherapy,control group were treated with conventional radiotherapy plus cisplatin combined chemotherapy in the treatment of 5-FU.RESULTS Group 3 months after treatment in patients with nasopharyngeal cancer completely subsided rate was significantly higher than the control group patients were67.74% 91.40%;Two groups of patients with follow-up for three years,experimental group had a significantly higher survival rate was 79.57% in patients with survival of 49.46.CONCLUSIONS Through the different combination of capecitabine and cisplatin sequential chemotherapy,Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined after the process,can obviously improve curative effect,worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
