非浸润性膀胱肿瘤采用绿激光气化术治疗的临床效果评价

Evaluation of clinical efficacy of green laser vaporization in the treatment of non invasive bladder tumor

目的分析并研究采用绿激光气化术治疗非浸润性膀胱肿瘤的临床效果。方法选取本院2015-09-2016-09收治的86例非侵润性膀胱肿瘤患者作为研究对象。采用电脑随机抽取的方式将所有研究对象分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组患者予以单次经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术进行治疗,观察组患者予以绿激光气化术进行治疗。对比两组患者平均手术时间、术后留置尿管时间、术后住院时间和术后肿瘤复发率、并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的术后平均手术时间、术后留置尿管时间、术后住院时间均明显短于对照组患者;观察组患者的术后肿瘤复发率、术后并发症发生率均明显低于对照组患者。两组各项指标对比均具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论临床采用绿激光气化术对非侵润性膀胱肿瘤患者进行治疗,能够明显缩短患者平均手术时间、术后留置尿管时间和术后住院时间,且能够明显降低术后肿瘤复发率和并发症发生率,效果显著,绿激光气化术值得应用并推广。

OBJECTIVE To analyze and study with green laser gasification technique clinical effect of the treatment of invasive bladder cancer.METHODS Our hospital between September 2015 and September 2015 were analyzed in 86 cases of non invasion of bladder cancer patients as the research object.The computer random,all the object of study can be divided into control group and observation group 43 cases each.Control group patients give single transurethral bladder tumor electricity cut method treatment,observation group patients give green laser gasification technique for treatment.Compared to two groups of patients with an average operation time,postoperative time placing a urinary catheter,postoperative hospital stay and postoperative tumor recurrence rate and complication rates.RESULTS The observation group of patients with postoperative average operation time,postoperative time placing a urinary catheter,patients with postoperative hospital stay were significantly shorter than the control group;Observation group of patients with tumor recurrence,postoperative patients with postoperative complication rates were significantly lower than the control group.Each index contrast two group were statistically significant,P<0.05.CONCLUSIONS The clinical using green laser vaporization surgery in patients with non invasion of bladder tumor treatment,can obviously reduce the average operation time,postoperative patients with time and postoperative hospital stay,placing a urinary catheter and can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative tumor recurrence rate and complication,obvious effect,green laser gasification technique is worthy of application and promotion.
