喀什维吾尔族妇女中晚期宫颈癌调强放疗配合^(60)Co近距离腔内后装放疗治疗疗效观察

目的探讨调强放疗配合60 Co近距离腔内后装放疗治疗维吾尔族妇女中晚期宫颈癌的临床效果。方法选取2013-05-2014-05新疆喀什地区第一人民医院收治的维吾尔族中晚期宫颈癌患者52例,分为观察组和对照组,对照组行常规放疗联合60 Co近距离腔内后装放疗进行治疗,观察组行调强放疗配合60 Co近距离腔内后装放疗治疗。结果观察组患者放疗总缓解率为88.5%,显著高于对照组的65.4%;观察组出现并发症的例数均显著低于对照组出现不良反应的例数,两组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论调强放疗配合60 Co近距离配合腔内后装放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌疗效显著,且不良反应较少,值得在临床应用推广。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effect of intensity-modulated radiotherapy with ^(60)Co close intracavitary radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer in Uygur women.METHODS select our hospital in Uygur patients with advanced cervical cancer in 52 cases,divided into observation group and control group,the control group underwent conventional radiotherapy combined with ^(60)Co close intracavitary radiotherapy for treatment,the observation group underwent IMRT with ^(60)Co close brachytherapy treatment.RESULTS the observation group patients total remission rate was 88.5%,significantly higher than the control group 65.4%;the number of cases of complications in observation group were significantly lower than the control group the number of cases of adverse reactions,two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS the intensity modulated radiation therapy combined with ^(60)Co brachytherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer has significant effect,and less adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical application.
