肺癌骨转移患者的综合护理干预疗效研究

Study on the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with bone metastasis of lung cancer

目的探讨综合护理干预对肺癌骨转移患者临床治疗效果的影响。方法选取我院2014-06-2016-06我院接受诊断和治疗的肺癌骨转移患者共计58例,将58例肺癌骨转移患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者在治疗期间实施常规对症护理,观察组患者则在治疗期间结合综合护理干预进行护理,对比两组患者的心理评分状况以及疼痛耐受等情况。结果观察组患者的心理改善情况明显优于对照组,差异统计学意义,P<0.05;同时观察组患者的疼痛耐受度72.4%明显优于对照组58.6%,差异统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在肺癌骨转移患者的临床治疗期间实施综合性护理干预能够显著改善患者的心理状况,同时提升患者的疼痛耐受度,值得在肺癌骨转移患者的治疗中推广应用。

OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on clinical treatment of lung cancer patients with bone metastasis.METHODS June June 2014 to 2016period in our hospital accept diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer with bone metastasis in patients with a total of 58 cases,the 58 cases of lung cancer patients with bone metastases were divided into observation group and control group.Patients in the control group during the treatment implementation of conventional symptomatic care,patients in the observation group,at the end of the treatment period with comprehensive nursing intervention in nursing,compared two groups of patients with psychological scores and pain tolerance.RESULTSIn the observation group of patients with psychological improved significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and observe the groups of patients with pain tolerance degree 72.4% was obviously better than that of the control group was 58.6%,the difference with statistical significance(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS In lung cancer patients with bone metastases in patients with clinical treatment during the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the patient's mental status,while improving patient's pain tolerance,worth in lung cancer patients with bone metastases in patients with treatment of popularization and application.
