护理安全管理在心脏介入围手术期的应用

In cardiac intervention perioperative nursing security management applications

目的探讨护理安全管理在心脏介入围手术期的应用效果。方法选取我院2015-03-2016-07收治心脏介入手术患者60例,其中冠脉支架植入25例,人工起搏器安置19例,射频消融16例,于术前、术中和术后进行护理干预,术后6个月后电话随访调查以上患者的护理效果,分为差、中、良、优4个等级,比较护理前后患者症状的差异性;结果 60例接受介入的患者中,优39例,良16例,中4例,差1例,患者及家属对护理效果满意度较高;结论对接受心脏介入手术的患者实施围手术期安全护理管理可明显降低术后的风险指数,显著提高患者术后的康复效果。

OBJECTIVE To explore the nursing safety management in cardiac intervention perioperative application effect;METHODS Our hospital in March 2015-July 2016 interventional heart surgery patients with 60 cases,25cases of coronary stenting,artificial pacemaker placement(19cases),radiofrequency ablation in 16 cases,the preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative nursing intervention,patients with postoperative telephone follow-up survey more than six months after the nursing effect,divided into poor,,good,the best four grades,compare the differences of nursing patients with symptoms before and after;RESULTS 60 cases treated with intervention,39 cases,16cases,in 4cases,1case,the patient and family to the satisfaction of nursing effect is higher;CONCLUSIONS the interventional heart surgery in patients with perioperative nursing safety management can significantly reduce the risk of postoperative index,significantly improve the effect of patients with postoperative rehabilitation.
