探讨舒适护理在老年肝癌患者中的应用价值

目的探讨舒适护理干预在老年肝癌患者中的应用价值。方法筛选我院收治的老年肝癌患者78例作为研究对象。随机将其分为观察组与对照组,每组39例,其中对照组住院期间接受临床常规护理干预,观察组患者则接受舒适护理干预,比较两组患者干预后焦虑抑郁程度以及住院过程中风险事件发生结果。结果观察组干预后SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组,生活质量评分明显高于对照组,P<0.05;并且观察组住院期间坠床、跌倒、压疮等不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论对老年肝癌住院患者实施舒适护理可有效改善患者焦虑抑郁程度,并对降低住院风险事件以及提升患者生活质量具有重要意义。

OBJECTIVE To study the application of comfort nursing intervention in elderly patients with liver cancer.METHODS Screening of our hospital in elderly patients with hepatocellular carcinoma 78 cases as the research object.Its randomly divided into observation group and control group,39 cases in each group,the control group accepted routine clinical nursing intervention during hospitalization,observation group received comfort nursing intervention patients,compared the two groups after intervention in patients with anxiety depression risk events occur in the process of the hospital and the results.RESULTS The observation group SAS,SDS score significantly lower than the control group after intervention,the quality of life score significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);Hospitalization and observation group drop fall in the bed,and incidence of adverse events,such as pressure ulcers significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS Implement comfortable nursing to senile hospitalized patients of liver cancer can effectively improve the degree of anxiety in patients with depression,and to reduce the risk of hospitalization and improve patients' quality of life is of great significance.
