摘要
目的探讨重要白附子炮制前后对小鼠体内抗肿瘤作用的影响。方法使用昆明种小鼠和S180肿瘤细胞建立小鼠移植肿瘤模型,比较白附子生品、矾制品、药典炮制品的抗肿瘤作用。结果给药组小鼠肿瘤质量均小于对照组,且以生品组肿瘤质量最小,且与其余两给药组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),生品组胸腺指数、脾脏指数显著高于对照组、矾制组、药典组(P<0.05)。结论白附子具有一定抗肿瘤作用,其中生品的抗肿瘤疗效显著优于炮制后。
OBJECTIVE To explore the important rhizoma typhonii before and after the processing of antitumor effects in mice.METHODS Using kunming species of mice with S180 tumor cells transplantation tumor model in mice,the comparison of rhizoma typhonii raw product,vanadium products,the anti-tumor role of pharmacopoeia processed products.RESULTS Mice tumor mass drug group were less than the control group,and with raw product quality of tumor minimally,and with the rest of the two drug group differences statistically significant(P<0.05),raw product group of thymus index,spleen index is significantly higher than the control group,alum,pharmacopoeial group(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS Giant typhonium rhizome has antitumor effect,in which the antitumor efficacy of raw product was superior to that of processing.
