修正性鼻内镜手术治疗复发性慢性鼻-鼻窦炎合并内翻性乳头状瘤的临床效果观察

Clinical observation of modified endoscopic sinus surgery for recurrent chronic rhinosinusitis complicated with inverted papilloma

目的探讨修正性鼻内镜手术治疗复发性慢性鼻-鼻窦炎合并内翻性乳头状瘤的应用效果。方法选用我院2007-02-2018-03治疗的60例复发性慢性鼻-鼻窦炎合并内翻性乳头状瘤的患者为研究对象,均分为两组,对照组为常规治疗,观察组为修正性鼻内镜手术,对比两组治疗情况。结果治疗后,两组的鼻腔气道阻力低于治疗前,嗅觉功能评分高于治疗前,观察组的鼻腔气道阻力低于对照组,嗅觉功能评分高于对照组,观察组的不良反应发生率6.67%低于对照组的23.33%,统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论修正性鼻内镜手术治疗复发性慢性鼻-鼻窦炎合并内翻性乳头状瘤的应用效果显著,症状得到改善,提高了治疗效果,值得应用。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of modified nasal endoscopic surgery for recurrent chronic rhinosinusitis and inverted papilloma.METHODS Choose from February 2017 to March 2018,during the treatment of chronic nasal-60 cases of recurrent sinusitis patients as the research object,were divided into two groups,control group as the regular treatment,observation group for correction within the nasal endoscopic surgery,compared two groups of treatment.RESULTS After treatment,two groups of nasal airway resistance is lower than before the treatment,olfactory function score higher than before the treatment,observation group of nasal airway resistance is lower than the control group and olfactory function score higher than the control group,the incidences of adverse reactions to observe6.67%lower than the control group 23.33%,statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS Correction of nasal endoscopic surgery for the treatment of recurrent chronic rhinosinusitis and inverted papilloma is effective,the symptoms are improved,the therapeutic effect is improved,and it is worth applying.
