摘要
目的探讨乳腺X线检查对伴有钙化的早期乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法选取2012-1-2016-12在北京市顺义区妇幼保健院乳腺中心治疗的100例伴有钙化的早期乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,患者均行钼靶X线检查及乳腺超声检查。以手术病理诊断作为金标准,观察两种检查方法的诊断价值。结果乳腺X线的诊断准确率高于超声(92.0%vs.81.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺X线在伴有钙化的早期乳腺癌中具有较高的诊断率,能够为临床诊断提供可靠依据,值得在临床中推广使用。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the diagnostic value of mammography on early breast cancer with calcification.METHODS A total of 100 patients with early breast cancer treated in Shunyi Health Care Hospital for women and Children from Jan.2015 to Dec.2016 were selected.All patients have completed breast ultrasound and mammography examinations before treatment.The diagnostic value of two methods was analyzed by setting pathologic diagnosis as golden standard.RESULTS The diagnostic accuracy rate of mammography was significantly higher than that of(92.0%vs.81.0%,P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS Mammography has excellent diagnostic value in early breast cancer,which can provide basis for clinical diagnosis,and it is worth in clinical application.
