腹腔镜辅助下根治性D2全胃切除术治疗胃癌的远期疗效及对生存质量的影响

Laparoscopic assisted radical D2 gastrectomy all long curative effect in treatment of gastric cancer and its influence on quality of life

目的探究腹腔镜辅助下根治性D2全胃切除术治疗胃癌的远期疗效及对生存质量的影响。方法选取胃癌患者90例,分为2组,对照组给予传统开腹根治性D2全胃切除术,观察组给予腹腔镜辅助下根治性D2全胃切除术,对比相关指标。结果观察组与对照组相比切口长度短、手术时间长、术中出血量少、术后胃肠蠕动恢复时间短、术后住院时间短,观察组与对照组相比3年、5年的总生存率较高,无瘤生存率较高,观察组与对照组相比总生存质量评分较高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜辅助下根治性D2全胃切除术治疗胃癌相比于传统开腹手术可改善围术期指标和生存率,且生存质量高。

OBJECTIVE To explore laparoscopic assisted radical D2 gastrectomy all long curative effect in treatment of gastric cancer and its influence on quality of life.METHODS 90 cases of patients with gastric cancer were selected and divided into 2 group,45 cases in each groups.The control group was given conventional laparotomy radical D2 gastrectomy,while the bservation group was given laparoscopic assisted radical D2 gastrectomy.The related indexes were compared.RESULTS The observation group and control group compared with the short length of incision and long operation time,less intraoperative blood loss,postoperative gastrointestinal peristalsis recovery time is short,short postoperative hospitalization time,and 3 years,total 5 years survival rate were higher,disease-free survival rate was higher,total quality of life score was higher,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS The laparoscopic assisted radical D2 gastrectomy can improve treatment of gastric cancer compared to traditional laparotomy perioperative indicators and survival rate,with high quality of life.
