骨巨细胞瘤行骨科清洁手术患者围手术期预防应用抗菌药物干预效果评价

Evaluation of prophylactic antimicrobial intervention in orthopedic clean surgery during perioperative period

目的探讨骨巨细胞瘤行骨科清洁手术患者围手术期预防应用抗菌药物干预的有效性。方法选取选取我院2016-7-2016-12骨科收治的行清洁手术的骨巨细胞瘤患者90例为对照组,2017-7-2017-12骨科收治的行清洁手术的骨巨细胞瘤患者90例为对照组为观察组,比较两组患者的抗菌药物使用率、术后感染率。结果观察组患者抗菌药物使用率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),术后切口感染两组患者无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论骨科清洁手术患者使用哦预防性使用抗菌药物需具有选择性,手术操作严格执行无菌制度,对于手术时间短,术前基础性疾病得到良好控制的患者可不适用抗菌药物。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the efficacy of antibacterial intervention in the perioperative period of orthopaedic orthopaedic surgery.METHODS Select select from July,2016 to December 2016 line cleaning focal debridement orthopaedic patients 90 cases as control group,July 2017 orthopaedic patients of clean operation in December 90 cases as control group to observe group,compared two groups of patients with antibacterial drugs utilization rate,postoperative infection.RESULTS The utilization rate of antibacterial drugs in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION Bone clean surgical patients with prophylactic use of antimicrobial agents should be selective,operation,strict aseptic system for shorter operation time,preoperative basic disease patients get good control is not used antimicrobial agents.
