磁共振全身弥散对淋巴瘤疗效的临床应用

摘要 目的观察与探究磁共振全身弥散对淋巴瘤疗效的临床应用。方法选取2015-10~2017-10于本院就诊及治疗的20例淋巴瘤患者作为研究对象,分析20例淋巴瘤患者的治疗效果,并应用磁共振全身弥散对20例淋巴瘤患者的疗效进行评估。结果 20例患者中,治疗之后患者的病变淋巴结基本消失占25.00%,治疗之后患者的病变淋巴结明显缩小或数目减少占75.00%,治疗之前检出直径大于10mm的淋巴结有110个,治疗之后则减少到40个。治疗之后的患者的淋巴结的平均表观弥散系数(ADC)为(1.26±0.29)×10-3 mm2/s,与治疗之前的(0.86±0.18)×10-3 mm2/s相对比,差异比较明显(P<0.05)。结论磁共振全身弥散对淋巴瘤患者的疗效评估具有重要临床应用价值。
