MR全身扩散加权成像技术在肿瘤病变中的应用价值

Application value of MR diffusion weighted imaging in tumor lesions

目的分析MR全身扩散加权成像技术在肿瘤病变中的应用价值。方法选择2016年12月至2017年12月期间接受检查的100例肿瘤患者为对象,随机分为两组,每组各50例,对照组使用常规CT进行检查,观察组则应用MR技术进行检查,对比两组肿瘤病变检查准确率。结果观察组组肿瘤病变检查准确率96.00%显著高于对照组80.00%,P<0.05。结论 MR全身扩散加权成像技术应用到肿瘤病变检查中,可以更早的发现病变位置,并且无辐射反应,安全性更好,确诊率更高,值得在临床范围内进行推广使用。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the application value of MR whole body diffusion weighted imaging in tumor lesions.METHODS 100 cases of tumor patients during December 2016 to December 2017 to accept the inspection for the object,randomLy divided into two groups,50 cases in each group,the control group using conventional CT examination,observation group application of MR technology to check comparing the two groups of tumor lesions accuracy.RESULTS Patients with tumor lesions the accurate rate of natural childbirth rate of 96% was significantly higher than the control group 80%,P<0.05.CONCLUSIONMR whole body diffusion weighted imaging technology applied to tumor diseaseThe location of the lesion can be detected earlier in the examination,and there is no radiation response,the safety is better,the diagnostic rate is higher,and it is worth popularizing in the clinical scope.
