口腔颌面部肿瘤患者护理过程中应用快速康复理念的临床效果

Clinical effect of applying the concept of rapid rehabilitation in nursing care of patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors

目的探讨口腔颌面部肿瘤患者护理过程中应用快速康复理念的临床效果。方法选取我院2014-3-2016-10口腔科收治并进行手术治疗的肿瘤患者150例为研究对象,根据住院时间分为观察组和对照组,比较两组患者的护理满意度和住院时间。结果观察组患者平均住院时间、满意率均显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论快速康复外科可提高患者的护理满意度,减少住院时间,但还有待完善,制定科学、标准的护理措施是我们今后努力的目标。

OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect of applying the concept of rapid rehabilitation in the nursing process of patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors.METHODS Select our hospital in March 2014-October 2016 dental patients and surgical treatment of 150 cases of tumor patients as the research object,according to the length of hospital stay was divided into observation group and control group,compared two groups of patients satisfaction with nursing care and hospitalization time.RESULTS The mean hospitalization time and satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,P<0.05.CONCLUSIONS Rapid rehabilitation surgery can improve patients’ nursing satisfaction and reduce hospitalization time,but it still needs to be improved.It is our goal to formulate scientific and standard nursing measures in the future.
