乳腺癌淋巴结清扫术围手术期护理干预对淋巴结水肿及生活质量的影响

Effect of perioperative nursing intervention on lymph node edema and quality of life in patients with breast cancer undergoing lymph node dissection

目的分析乳腺癌淋巴结清扫术围手术期护理干预对淋巴结水肿及生活质量的影响。方法选择我院乳腺癌淋巴结清扫术治疗的患者60例,比较两组患者淋巴结水肿、生活质量评分及患者对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组患者淋巴结水肿的发生率均低于对照组,生活质量评分和对护理满意度方面高于(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌淋巴结清扫术围手术期护理干预可减轻淋巴结水肿发生率,提高患者的生活质量,具有积极的临床应用价值,并有效提高了患者对护理工作的满意度,值得应用推广。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on lymph node edema and quality of life in breast cancer.METHODS Sixty patients with breast cancer treated by lymph node dissection in our hospital were selected and compared with the two groups in terms of lymph node edema,quality of life score and satisfaction with nursing work.RESULTS The incidence of lymph node edema in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS The perioperative nursing intervention for breast cancer lymph node dissection can reduce the incidence of lymph node edema and improve the quality of life of patients.The clinical application value and effective improvement of patients,satisfaction with nursing work is worthy of application and popularization.
