优质护理对肺癌患者术后并发症及生活质量的影响分析

Analysis on the effect of quality nursing on postoperative complications and quality of life of patients with lung cancer

目的研究探讨优质护理对肺癌患者术后并发症及生活质量的影响。方法选择2016-1-2017-1本院肺癌患者50例进行讨论,把所有患者随机分为两组各25例,对照组采用常规的入院护理,观察组采取优质护理措施进行护理,观察两组患者的并发症及生活质量。结果观察组的生活质量比对照组的要好,观察组发生并发症的发生率为8.0%,对照组发生并发症的发生率为28.0%,两组比较,P<0.05。结论对于肺癌的患者,采取优质护理,可以提高患者的生活质量,减少并发症的出现,值得在今后患者的护理过程中应用。

OBJECTIVE To study high quality nursing care on the postoperative complications and quality of life of patients with lung cancer.METHODS Between January 2016 and January 2017 in our hospital in 50 patients with lung cancer are discussed,all the patients were randomLy divided into two groups,25 cases in the control group using conventional hospital care,observation group adopt high quality nursing care,to observe the complications of two groups of patients and quality of life.RESULTS The observation group’s quality of life is better than that of the control group and observation group the incidence of complications was 8.0%,the control group in the incidence of complications was 28.0%,compared two groups,P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS In patients with lung cancer,adopts the high quality nursing,can improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the occurrence of complications,worthy of patient care in the process of application in the future.
